I strive to anticipate and meet the needs of our patients, physicians and co-workers

System effectiveness is built on the collective strength and cultural diversity of everyone, working with open communication and mutual respect.  I have been working in health centered approaches in implementing through right-based approaches like HIV/AIDS, Gynecology problems, General health problems and emergency medicine for a period of seven years. In between my regular activities I am also actively participated and provided services in the DISASTER prone center of Karnool in which recently occurred. I am very much interested to participate and create awareness in CULTURAL ACTIVITIES in relation to current problems of human beings.  I have been organizing regular health camps in rural areas based on the need based survey.   My experience has helped to get proficiency in research methods; conducting assessments on Health related to Gynecology, Emergency medicine, Orthopedic and HIV/AIDS in the same sector is my functional responsibility.  I hope that these are the added values to me to manage my functional responsibilities. I am looking further step in my professional development, hence interested in working with community and field oriented projects, which are related to health.
